North Ryde Station Precinct, M2 Site, Master Plan

The NSW State’s lead urban transformation organisation UrbanGrowth NSW is revitalising the City of Ryde to create a centralised gateway community to match the exponential growth in the area. With ease of access to Blue Mountains, the CBD and north or south, Ryde is fast becoming a flourishing economic precinct with huge living potential.

The site and surrounding area is undergoing major infrastructure revitalisation largely in response to the new North Ryde Rail Station. UrbanGrowth NSW selected award-winning ASPECT Studios and Bate Smart via competition for the landscape led Master plan.

The residential and mixed-use development will become a thriving interactive hub designed with a strong sense of social infrastructure at the heart. The outcome is designed to provide a range of opportunities for people to smile at one another, come together, co-habit and interact on a daily basis in a shared green open space.

Bespoke elements provide a unique design expression in the public realm and a high quality public amenity has been created in respect to ensure longevity for the future residential and public community.
