Simeon has over 18 years experience working on cities from multiple perspectives; small architectural offices, local and state government and the private sector. Projects include long term strategic metropolitan plans, through subregional plans, precinct master plans, project positioning, fine grain research to individual buildings, mapping signage, wayfinding, exhibitions and fit outs. He has specific expertise in urban design, strategic planning, project management, photography, writing, research, websites, communications, report writing and information.
Simeon and has been working in architecture,urban design, planning and public policy projects since 2004. Over the last decade he has collaborated regularly with ASPECT studios, AtoB Wayfinding, Six Degrees Urban and SGS Planning and Economics on many of the projects including:
Sydney’s recent quality planning strategies and documentation of the Sydney Metropolitan Strategies, State Infrastructure Strategies, City of Sydney 2030 Sustainable Sydney Plan, a number of Transport Plans for (MoT and TfNSW), NSW State Plans and the recent New Planning System White Paper.
Public domain projects include Fine Grain (Retail) Strategy for local councils in Adelaide and Sydney, public domain strategies for a range of developers.
